| In order to make it convenient for the people to exercise their litigation rights and ensure that the claims of the parties are handled in a timely and proper manner, the expressions in the contents of “an appeal, application for reconsideration, or application for state compensation” in civil, administrative, and state compensation judgments of people's courts and the work of receiving and transferring case materials of the parties in a timely manner are hereby uniformly regulated, and you are notified as follows: | | 为方便人民群众行使诉讼权利，确保当事人的诉求得到及时妥善处理，现对人民法院民事、行政和国家赔偿裁判文书中“上诉、复议、国家赔偿申请”内容的表述、及时收转当事人诉讼材料工作予以统一规范，通知如下： |
I. The contents of “the time limit for filing an appeal and the appellant court” involved in the appealable judgment or ruling as rendered by the people's court that tries a first-instance civil or administrative case shall be uniformly expressed as “If any party refuses to accept the Judgment (Ruling), it or he may, within 15 days (ten days) after the Judgment (Ruling) is served upon it or him, submit a written appeal to the Court, provide the photocopies thereof in the number of the other parties or in the number of representatives of the other parties, and appeal to xxx People's Court.”
