To further regulate the small-scale trade with Taiwan region (hereinafter referred to as the “small-scale trade with Taiwan”) and promote the cross-straits economic and trade exchange and development, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Foreign Trade Law, the Customs Law, the Measures for the Administration of Small-Scale Trade with the Taiwan Region, and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Commerce and the General Office of the General Administration of Customs on the Trial Implementation of More Liberalized Management Measures at Certain Points of Small-Scale Trade with Taiwan (No. 19 [2007], Ministry of Commerce) and in full consideration of factors such as performance of small-scale trade with Taiwan and customs supervision facilities, the list of the second group of ports of small-scale trade with Taiwan in the trial implementation of more liberalized management measures is hereby published, and you are hereby notified of the specific matters as follows:
