The Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Issues concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Cases Involving Disputes over Financial Leasing Contracts (Interpretation No. 3 [2014], SPC, hereinafter referred to as the “Judicial Interpretation”)officially came into force onMarch 1, 2014. To protect the lawful rights and interests of theparties and third parties to financial leasing transactions and prevent and avoid the business risks of enterprises, in accordance with the Property Law of the People's Republic of China,the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, and other laws and the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Financial Leasing Enterprises, the following issues concerning the registration of leased property and search for leased property information in the National Financial Leasing Enterprise Management Information System are hereby announced:
