Announcement on Listing Hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) in the Catalogue of Toxic Chemicals Strictly Restricted from Import and Export in China (2014) 关于将六溴环十二烷增列至《中国严格限制进出口的有毒化学品目录》（2014年）的公告
In accordance with the Provisions on the Environmental Administration of the Initial Import of Chemicals and the Import and Export of Toxic Chemicals (No. 140 [1994], State Environmental Protection Administration), as well as the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade and the Amendment to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants to List HCBD as ratified by China, Hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) is hereby listed in the Catalogue of Toxic Chemicals Strictly Restricted from Import and Export in China (2014). 根据《化学品首次进口及有毒化学品进出口环境管理规定》（环管〔1994〕140号）、我国批准的《关于在国际贸易中对某些危险化学品和农药采用事先知情同意程序的鹿特丹公约》以及《〈关于持久性有机污染物的斯德哥尔摩公约〉新增列六溴环十二烷修正案》，现将六溴环十二烷增列至《中国严格限制进出口的有毒化学品目录》（2014年）中。
From January 1, 2017, an enterprise importing or exporting HBCD shall apply to the Ministry of Environmental Protection for an environmental management registration certificate of imported toxic chemicals and an environmental management release notice of imported (or exported) toxic chemicals. 自2017年1月1日起，凡进口或出口六溴环十二烷的企业，应向环境保护部申请办理有毒化学品进口环境管理登记证和有毒化学品进（出）口环境管理放行通知单。
