| Announcement on the Electronic Message Format for the Filing of Customs Declaration Forms for Imported and Exported Goods | | 关于进出口货物报关单申报电子报文格式的公告 |
According to the newly revised Instructions of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for Completing the Customs Declaration Forms for Imported and Exported Goods (Announcement No. 60 [2018], GACC), this Administration has developed the electronic message format for the filing of customs declaration forms for imported and exported goods, and the relevant materials may be downloaded from the Announcement Column of the portal website of the General Administration of Customs. Where enterprises file declarations with the Customs by data exchange, messages in the form of electronic data shall be generated according to the message format, and the joint debugging and testing, access, and other work shall be conducted under Announcement No. 16 [2016] of the General Administration of Customs and Announcement No. 20 [2017] of the General Administration of Customs.
