| Announcement on Applying Zero Tariff Treatment to Products under 97 percent of Taxable Items of the Republic of the Gambia and the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe | | 关于实施冈比亚共和国圣多美和普林西比民主共和国97%税目产品零关税待遇的公告 |
| With the approval of the State Council, China will apply special preferential tariff treatment to the least developed countries (i.e., zero tariff) to the import of products originated in the Republic of the Gambia and the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 经国务院批准，我国将对原产于冈比亚共和国、圣多美和普林西比民主共和国进口产品实施最不发达国家特别优惠关税待遇（即零关税）。现将有关事宜公告如下： |
I. As of December 1, 2017, zero tariff shall apply to the import of products under 97 percent of taxable items from the aforesaid two countries. The list of relevant products shall be governed by Annex 5 to the Notice of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on the 2017 Tariff Adjustment Plan (No. 31 [2016], Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council, see the website of the Ministry of Finance for details).
