| For the purpose of improving the customs clearance efficiency of goods entering and leaving China, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (“AQSIQ”) has optimized the inspection and quarantine procedures for goods entering and leaving China according to the law, and shall implement them from November 1, 2017. According to the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Inspection of Imported and Exported Commodities, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quarantine of Animal and Plant Entering and Leaving China
