| Your Request for Instructions on the Work Plan for the Pilot Program of Exploring the Manner of and Mechanisms for Closer Business Cooperation between Chinese and Foreign Law Firms in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (No. 436 [2013], Bureau of Justice, Shanghai) has been received. Upon deliberation, the Work Plan for the Pilot Program of Exploring the Manner of and Mechanisms for Closer Business Cooperation between Chinese and Foreign Law Firms in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone that you have submitted is hereby approved. You are expected to launch the pilot program on opening-up measures at an appropriate time, promptly develop supporting implementation measures, enforce various opening-up policies in a strict and standardized manner, effectively provide guidance, supervision and services for the pilot work, coordinate with relevant departments to provide policy support and work conveniences for the pilot program, study and resolve new situations and new problems arising out of the pilot program in a timely manner, and regularly evaluate the progress of the pilot program in order to constantly improve the pertinence and effectiveness in the guidance and administration of the pilot program, ensure the advancement of the pilot program in a sound, steady and orderly manner, and accumulate and create experience for the manner of and mechanisms for closer business cooperation between Chinese and foreign law firms. | | 你局《关于在中国（上海）自由贸易试验区探索密切中外律师事务所业务合作方式和机制试点工作方案的请示》（沪司[2013]436号）收悉。经研究，同意你局上报的《关于在中国（上海）自由贸易试验区探索密切中外律师事务所业务合作方式和机制试点工作方案》，请你局适时启动开放措施试点工作，抓紧制定配套实施措施，严格、规范实行各项开放政策，切实做好试点工作的指导、监督和服务工作，协调有关部门对试点提供政策支持和工作便利，及时调研解决试点出现的新情况新问题，定期评估试点进展情况，不断提高试点指导管理工作的针对性、有效性，确保试点工作健康、平稳、有序推进，为密切中外律师事务所业务合作方式和机制积累创造经验。 |
