| For the purposes of speeding up the customs clearance of goods, promoting trade facilitation, and facilitating the consignees and consignors of imported and exported goods in obtaining the status of customs clearance of goods in a timely manner, the matters concerning the opening of subscription services and the interface specifications for customs declaration receipt data are hereby announced as follows: | | 为加快货物通关，促进贸易便利，方便进出口收发货人及时掌握货物通关状态，现将报关单回执数据订阅服务开通及接口规范事宜公告如下： |
I. The consignees and consignors of goods may subscribe to the custom declaration receipt data of their respective enterprises through the “Internet plus Customs" integrated online service platform, “Mobile Customs” APP, and the WeChat mini program of “Mobile Customs.” For details of the subscription method, please see the Subscription Description of Customs Declaration Receipt Data (see Annex 1).
