In accordance with the Interim Measures of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission for the Administration of the Non-Insurance Subsidiaries of Insurance Companies (No. 78 [2014], CIRC), insurance companies should, before April 30 each year, submit the annual reports of their non-insurance subsidiaries to the China Insurance Regulatory Commission. The People's Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited and Aeon Life Insurance Company, Ltd. have failed to submit the annual reports of their non-insurance subsidiaries for 2016 on schedule.
