| In accordance with the decision made at the 6th session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress on December 28, 2013, and the Company Law of the People's Republic of China as amended and reissued, it is hereby decided at the 1607th meeting of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court as follows: | | 根据2013年12月28日第十二届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第六次会议的决定和修改后重新公布的《中华人民共和国公司法》，最高人民法院审判委员会第1607次会议决定： |

In Article 3 of the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues concerning the Application of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (I) (Judicial Interpretation No. 3 [2006], hereinafter referred to as “Provisions (I)”), “Article 75”is replaced with “Article 74.” | | 一、《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国公司法〉若干问题的规定（一）》（法释〔2006〕3号，以下简称《规定（一）》）第三条中的“第七十五条”修改为“第七十四条”。 |
II. In Article 4 of the Provisions (I), “Article 152” is replaced with “Article 151.”
