| Your Request for Instructions on Measures to Deepen Reforms in the Approval and Regulation of Foreign-Funded Certification Institutions in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone(No. 154 [2014], Inspection and Quarantine, Shanghai) has been received. In accordance with the Official Reply of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on Issues concerning the Approval and Regulation of Foreign-Funded Certification Institutions in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone(Letter No. 68 [2014], AQSIQ) and the spirit of the overall reform plan of the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (“CNCA”) on the approval and regulation of certification institutions, the following official reply is hereby made: | | 你局《关于在中国（上海）自由贸易试验区深化外商投资认证机构审批和监管改革措施的请示》（沪检认〔2014〕154号）收悉。根据《质检总局关于上海自贸区内外商投资认证机构审批和监管有关问题的批复》（国质检认函〔2014〕68号）以及国家认监委对认证机构审批和监管总体改革方案的精神，现批复如下： |
