| 1. On 12 July 2019, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi of the People's Republic of China and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Szijjártó Péter of Hungary co-chaired the second China-Hungary Belt and Road working group meeting in Budapest. | | 一、2019年7月12日，中华人民共和国国务院国务委员兼外交部长王毅和匈牙利外交与对外经济部长西雅尔多·彼得在布达佩斯共同主持召开中国匈牙利“一带一路”工作组第二次会议。 |
| 2. The two sides highly commended the good momentum in the growth of bilateral relations and reiterated that the two sides view each other as long-term and solid strategic partners and see each other's development as important opportunities for mutual benefit. The two sides agreed to carry forward the traditional friendship between China and Hungary. As this year marks the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations, the two sides will further enhance political trust, strengthen synergy between their strategies, expand exchanges and cooperation across the board, and utilize such platforms as the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and China-CEEC Cooperation to deepen the bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership. Considering the complex and profound changes in the international situation, the two sides will strengthen communication and coordination in regional and international affairs, jointly uphold multilateralism and the rules-based multilateral trading system, and promote peace, stability and prosperity in the region and the world. | | 二、双方高度评价当前双边关系良好发展势头，重申彼此为长期稳定的战略伙伴，视各自发展为互利共赢的重要机遇。今年是中匈建交70周年，双方一致认为，应继往开来，传承弘扬中匈传统友谊，进一步增进政治互信，加强战略对接，扩大各领域交流合作，利用好共建“一带一路”、中国-中东欧国家合作等平台，推动全面战略伙伴关系深入发展。在当前国际形势发生复杂深刻变化的大背景下，双方愿加强在国际和地区事务中的沟通协调，共同维护多边主义和以规则为基础的多边贸易体制，促进世界和地区和平、稳定与繁荣。 |
| 3. The meeting reviewed the progress in various areas of cooperation under the BRI framework since the inaugural China-Hungary Belt and Road Working Group Meeting. All parties agreed to build on such progress and continue implementing the MOU between the two governments on jointly advancing the BRI and the bilateral cooperation plan. In the framework of the China-Hungary Cooperation Center the Hungarian and Chinese sides will work together to release a list of priority projects to jointly advance the cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.. The participating agencies had in-depth exchange of views, particularly surrounding the promotion of infrastructure connectivity, unimpeded trade, financial cooperation and people-to-people bond. | | 三、会议回顾了中匈“一带一路”工作组首次会议以来，在“一带一路”框架下各领域合作取得的新进展，一致同意在此基础上，继续落实好两国政府关于共建“一带一路”的谅解备忘录和双边合作规划。共同努力在中匈合作促进中心框架下推进中匈共建“一带一路”优先合作项目清单的制定工作。与会各单位重点围绕促进“设施联通”、“贸易畅通”、“资金融通”、“民心相通”进行了深入探讨。 |
4. The two sides agreed to further strengthen connectivity cooperation, jointly accelerate the construction of the Hungarian section of the Hungary-Serbia Railway, and enhance the market competitiveness of the China Railway Express between China and Hungary.
