| | 2012年1月，吉林省农安县人民法院对张明俊与李殿军土地承包合同纠纷一案作出民事调解书，确认被告李殿军给付原告张明俊土地承包金4500元。调解书生效后，因李殿军未自动履行，张明俊向农安县人民法院申请强制执行。农安县人民法院依法向李殿军送达了执行通知书及报告财产令，但李殿军仍未履行调解书确定的义务，亦未申报财产，执行法院决定对其进行司法拘留。 |
