Announcement on the Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for the Import of Raw- Edible Birdnest from Malaysia | | 关于进口马来西亚毛燕检验检疫要求的公告 |
In accordance with China's relevant laws and regulations and the Protocol of Inspection, Quarantine and Veterinary Hygiene Requirements for the Exportation of Raw Edible Birdnest from Malaysia to China as signed by the competent authorities of both countries, it is allowed to export the raw edible birdnest that meets the Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for the Import of Raw Edible Birdnest from Malaysia (see Annex) from Malaysia to China. | | 根据中国相关法律法规和中马两国政府主管部门签署的马来西亚输华毛燕的检验检疫和兽医卫生条件议定书,准予符合《进口马来西亚毛燕检验检疫要求》(见附件)的马来西亚毛燕输华。 |

I. Scope of products allowed to enter China | | 一、准予进境的产品范围 |
A raw edible birdnest is a product formed from the saliva of swiftlets and swallows of the same type, which has undergone primary treatment including removal of faeces, soil and general impurities without mold and adding any other substance. | | 毛燕,是指由金丝燕及同类型燕子唾液形成,经去除粪便、土壤以及一般杂质的初级处理,无霉变,未添加任何物质的产品。 |
II. Registration requirements for swiftlet houses and primary processing enterprises | | 二、燕屋及初级加工企业注册要求 |
The swiftlet houses for imported raw edible birdnest shall be registered with the competent departments of the government of Malaysia. Malaysia's primary processing enterprises for raw edible birdnest exported to China shall be registered with the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China. | | 进口毛燕的燕屋应获得经马来西亚政府主管部门注册。马来西亚输华初级加工企业应获得中国海关总署注册登记。 |
