| Decision of the Ministry of Finance on Issuing a List of Repealed and Invalidated Financial Rules and Regulatory Documents (12th Group) | | 财政部关于公布废止和失效的财政规章和规范性文件目录（第十二批）的决定 |
| In order to meet the need of administration by law and wealth management by law, in accordance with the work requirements of the State Council for the review of documents and the Work Plan of the Ministry of Finance for the 12th Review of Financial Rules and Regulatory Documents, the Ministry of Finance has conducted the 12th comprehensive review of financial rules and regulatory documents issued since the founding of New China until December, 2013 on the basis of 11 reviews of financial rules and regulatory documents, and make an identification one by one. Upon review, there are 1257 financial rules and regulatory documents that have been determined to be repealed and invalidated, of which, 24 repealed financial rules, six invalidated financial rules, 656 repealed regulatory documents, and 571invalidated regulatory documents. The list of 1257 repealed or invalidated financial rules and regulatory documents is hereby issued. | | 为了适应依法行政、依法理财的需要，根据国务院文件清理工作要求及我部“第十二次财政规章和规范性文件清理工作方案”，我部在前十一次财政规章和规范性文件清理的基础上，对新中国成立以来至2013年12月发布的现行财政规章和规范性文件进行了第十二次全面清理，并逐一作出了鉴定。经过清理，确定废止和失效的财政规章和规范性文件共1255件，其中，废止的财政规章24件，失效的财政规章6件，废止的财政规范性文件654件，失效的财政规范性文件571件。现将这1255件废止和失效的财政规章和规范性文件的目录予以公布。 |
