The Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica, in conformity with the interests and desires of the two peoples, have decided, through friendly talks, to recognize each other and establish diplomatic relations at ambassadorial level as of 23 March 2004. 中华人民共和国政府和多米尼克国政府根据两国人民的利益和愿望,通过友好谈判,决定自2004年3月23日起相互承认并建立大使级外交关系。
The two Governments have agreed to develop friendly relations between the two countries on the basis of the principles of mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, mutual non-aggression, non-interference in each other's internal affairs, equality and mutual benefit, and peaceful co-existence.
