| Decision of the State Council on Cancelling and Adjusting a Group of Administrative Approval Items and Other Matters | | 国务院关于取消和调整一批行政审批项目等事项的决定 |

| The people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government; all ministries and commissions of the State Council; and all institutions directly under the State Council: | | 各省、自治区、直辖市人民政府，国务院各部委、各直属机构： |
Upon research and demonstration, the State Council has decided to cancel or delegate to lower levels 90 administrative approval items, cancel 67 professional qualification licensing and accreditation items, cancel ten items concerning appraisal through comparison, attainment of certain standards and commendation, change 21 pre-approval items on industrial and commercial registration to post-approval items, and retain 34 pre-approval items on industrial and commercial registration; and, at the same time, suggests the cancellation and delegation to lower levels 18 administrative approval items and professional qualification licensing and accreditation items established in accordance with the relevant laws, and the change of five pre-approval items on industrial and commercial registration established in accordance with the relevant laws to post-approval items. The State Council will, in accordance with the legal procedures, submit an application to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China for the amendment of the provisions of the relevant laws. For four of the administrative approval items involving the revision of laws put forward in the Decision of the State Council on a Group of Administrative Approval Items to Be Cancelled or Delegated to Lower Levels (No.5 [2014], State Council), the State Council has, in accordance with the legal procedures,submitted an application to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China for the amendment of the provisions of the relevant laws, which are hereby issued along with all the others.
