| For the purpose of further strengthening the supervision of credit and guarantee insurance and improving the statistics on credit and guarantee insurance, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission (“CIRC”) has researched and developed the Statistical System of Credit and Guarantee Insurance (for Trial Implementation), which is hereby issued for your compliance and implementation. | | 为进一步加强信用保证保险监管，完善信用保证保险数据统计，我会研究制定了《信用保证保险统计制度（试行）》，现予印发，请遵照执行。 |
| All property insurance companies shall submit statistical data in strict accordance with the indicators, criteria, and requirements prescribed in the System, and ensure the veracity, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of statistical data. | | 各财产保险公司应严格按照本制度规定的指标、口径及要求报送统计数据，确保统计数据真实、准确、完整和及时。 |
| The System shall come into force on September 1, 2016. From September 2016, all property insurance companies shall start submitting statements for August 2016. | | 本制度从2016年9月1日起正式实施。各财产保险公司应于2016年9月开始报送2016年8月报表。 |
