I. The state-owned and state-controlled enterprises and actually state-controlled enterprises shall transfer the equities of unlisted joint stock limited companies held by them or increase capital to the unlisted joint stock limited companies controlled by them according to the provisions of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the Transactions of State-Owned Assets of Enterprises (Order No. 32, State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the Ministry of Finance).
