| Announcement on the Scope of Hong Kong or Macao-Related Civil Cases Permitting the Representation of Hong Kong or Macao Residents Holding the Mainland's Legal Profession Qualification and the Mainland's Lawyer's Practicing License in the People's Courts of the Mainland | | 关于取得内地法律职业资格并获得内地律师执业证书的港澳居民可在内地人民法院代理的涉港澳民事案件范围的公告 |
In order to implement the provisions of the Supplement VIII to the Mainland and Hong Kong (Macao) Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement | | 为了贯彻落实中央政府与香港、澳门特别行政区政府分别签署的《＜内地与香港（澳门）关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排＞补充协议八》中关于“研究扩大取得内地法律职业资格并获得内地律师执业证书的香港（澳门）居民在内地从事涉及香港（澳门）居民、法人的民事诉讼代理业务范围”的规定，根据司法部2013年8月7日修改的《取得内地法律职业资格的香港特别行政区和澳门特别行政区居民在内地从事律师职业管理办法》第四条的规定，现将取得内地法律职业资格并获得内地律师执业证书的香港、澳门居民可以在内地人民法院代理的涉港澳民事案件的范围（依据最高人民法院2011年2月18日修改的《民事案件案由规定》中的基准案由即第三级案由确定。如案由规定有变动，则依新规定执行）公告如下： |
