In afternoon, July 30th, Hong Kong's Innovation and Technology Boost High Quality Co-construction of “the Belt and Road” Online Seminar, one of “2020 China Overseas Investment Fair” series, was held successfully by China Oversea Development Association and Invest Hong Kong, The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (herein after Invest Hong Kong）.
Mr. Deng Zhiliang, assistant director of Invest Hong Kong, and Mr. Hu Weiping, President of China Overseas Development Association attended this seminar and delivered speeches.
The representatives from Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute，Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Immigration Division, the Beijing Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Innovation and Technology Team of Invest Hong Kong gave keynote speeches and shared their experience by this chance.
The purpose of this seminar is to apply for Hong Kong's advantages fully in financial technology, business environment and modern services, encourage and attract more mainland scientific and technological innovation enterprises to invest in Hong Kong and enter into Hong Kong's market as well, so as to promote the joint development of both Hong Kong and mainland enterprises in the innovative technology fields of biotechnology, artificial intelligence, smart city and financial technology etc. It will definitely lead to be better serve the initiative of the high-quality construction of " the Belt and Road". There are more than 350 mainland enterprises participated in this online seminar.
