From the end of 2013 to June 2014, in the name of six single ship companies including Harpina Owning Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Harpina Company”), Cardiff Marine Inc. (Greece) concluded six shipbuilding contracts with Jiangsu Tianyuan Ship Import & Export Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tianyuan Company”), Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “New Yangzi Company”), Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yangzi Company”) owned by Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yangzijiang Company”). Except the first ship that has been normally handed over, there were disputes over the other five ships. On March 1, 2017, Harpina Company filed an application for maritime injunction with the Wuhan Maritime Court and required that the three respondents should immediately deliver the ship “Another Realm.” On March 16, Harpina Company filed arbitration with the London Maritime Arbitrators Association. Besides, with respect to the shipbuilding contracts of other ships, the relevant parties had other three arbitrations filed with the London Maritime Arbitrators Association and one lawsuit filed with a British court.
．．．．．． | | 2013年底至2014年6月份，希腊卡迪夫海事有限公司（CardiffMarineInc.）以其设立的包括哈皮那公司在内的六家单船公司名义，与扬子江船业（控股）有限公司旗下的天元公司、新扬子公司、扬子公司等分别签订六份船舶建造协议。双方除第一艘船舶正常交接外，其余五艘船舶均存在争议。2017年3月1日，哈皮那公司向武汉海事法院申请海事强制令，要求三被申请人立即交付“世外桃源”轮。同月16日，哈皮那公司又向伦敦海事仲裁委员会提出仲裁。此外，围绕其他几艘船舶的建造合同，相关各方还有3起在伦敦海事仲裁委员会进行的仲裁，以及1起在英国法院进行的诉讼。
