| For the purposes of further improving trading rules, with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”), the Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the “SSE”) has revised the Measures of the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the Administration of Stock Trading on the Risk Alert Board (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrative Measures”). You are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows. | | 为进一步完善交易制度，经中国证监会批准，上海证券交易所（以下简称本所）修订了《上海证券交易所风险警示板股票交易管理办法》（以下简称《管理办法》）。现就有关事项通知如下。 |
| I. Paragraph 2 of Article 8 of the Administrative Measures is amended to read: “Except for the first day when stocks are relisted after delisting, if the intraday turnover rate of stocks under risk alert reaches or exceeds 30%, it falls under abnormal fluctuation, and the SSE may, based on market demand, call an intraday temporary suspension until 14:57 on that day.” | | 一、《管理办法》第八条第二款修改为：“除退市后重新上市的股票上市首日外，风险警示股票盘中换手率达到或超过30%的，属于异常波动，本所可以根据市场需要，对其实施盘中临时停牌，停牌时间持续至当日14：57。” |
II. Article 9 of the Administrative Measures is amended to read: “For stocks of which the listing is resumed after suspension, no price limit shall be set on the first day of listing resumption, and the matters on intraday temporary suspension on that day shall be governed by the provisions of the SSE on intraday temporary suspension on the first day of public offering of new shares.
