| For the purposes of further regulating the docketing, closure, statistics, and appraisal work on enforcement cases, resolving the problem of data distortion caused by cases being docketed for more than once, ensuring the implementation of the working requirements that for the same enforcement basis, only a first enforcement case can be docketed, and enabling the relevant data to truly reflect enforcement situation, you are hereby notified of the docketing, closure, statistics, and appraisal work on designated enforcement, enforcement by a court at a higher level, entrusted enforcement (in whole case), and ruling to terminate enforcement or terminate current enforcement proceedings and resume the enforcement of original effective legal instruments, among others, as follows: | | 为进一步规范执行立案、结案、统计和考核工作，解决一案多立带来的数据失真问题，确保一个执行依据原则上只能立一个首次执行案件的工作要求落地，让相关数据真实反映执行工作情况，现就指定执行、提级执行、委托执行（全案）、裁定终结执行或终结本次执行程序后恢复执行原生效法律文书等的立案、结案、统计和考核工作通知如下： |
I. If it is necessary to entrust enforcement from an out-of-area court, the entrustment shall be made on a matter-on-matter basis in principle, and the entrustment in a whole case shall not be advocated, and if it is necessary to entrust the enforcement in the whole case, the entrusting court and the entrusted court shall report the higher people's courts in their respective regions for the record in strict accordance with the provisions of the relevant judicial interpretations. The higher people's courts shall strengthen the management of the work that subordinate courts' entrusted enforcement in the whole case and are entrusted to conduct enforcement in the whole case.
