For the purposes of supporting Hainan in comprehensively deepening reform and opening up, and promoting the implementation of the pilot policies for China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, the State Council has decided to temporarily adjust the implementation of relevant provisions of five administrative regulations, namely, the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on Guarantee for Customs Affairs, the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Duties, the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on International Ocean Shipping, the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Survey of Vessels and Offshore Installations, and the Regulation on the Administration of Domestic Water Transport (the catalogue is attached below) in China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, from the date of issuance of this Notice to December 31, 2024.
