| Announcement on Relevant Matters concerning the Promotion of Integrated Customs Declaration and Inspection to Optimize the Registration of Customs Declaration Entities | | 关于推进关检融合优化报关单位注册登记有关事项的公告 |
| For purpose of fulfilling the requirements of “simplifying administrative procedures, devolving powers, combining devolution and regulation, and optimizing services”, in accordance with the relevant work arrangements regarding comprehensive integration of customs declaration and inspection at all customs houses in China, the General Administration of Customs has further simplified and optimized the registration of customs declaration entities, and upgraded the relevant information-based system. Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 为落实“简政放权、放管结合、优化服务”工作要求，根据全国海关通关一体化关检业务全面融合有关工作部署，海关总署进一步简化和优化报关单位注册登记，并对相关信息化系统进行了升级改造，现将有关事项公告如下： |
| I. Submission of the application for the registration of customs declaration entities | | 一、关于提交报关单位注册登记申请 |
Starting on October 29, 2018, any enterprise applying for the handling of operations (including licensing, recordation, modification and cancellation) related to the registration of customs declaration entities through the Internet may fill in relevant information on the “Enterprise Qualification” subsystem of the standard version of “China International Trade Single Window” (hereinafter referred to as “Single Window”, http://www.singlewindow.cn/) or the “Enterprise Management” subsystem of the “Internet+ Customs” (http://online.customs.gov.cn/), and submit its application to the customs. After the application is submitted successfully, the enterprise shall hand in its application materials to the “Enterprise Management” window of the local customs office.
．．．．．． | | 自2018年10月29日起，企业在互联网上申请办理报关单位注册登记有关业务（含许可、备案、变更、注销）的，可以通过“中国国际贸易单一窗口”标准版（以下简称“单一窗口”，网址：http：//www.singlewindow.cn/）“企业资质”子系统或“互联网＋海关”（网址：http：//online.customs.gov.cn/）“企业管理”子系统填写相关信息，并向海关提交申请。申请提交成功后，企业需到所在地海关企业管理窗口提交申请材料。
