| In accordance with the Notice by the People's Bank of China of Conducting Green Credit Performance Evaluation of Banking Depository Institutions (No. 180 [2018], PBC, see Annex 1) and the requirements of the latest green loan statistical standards of the People's Bank of China (“PBC”), the Shanghai Branch of the People's Bank of China has revised the Plan of the Shanghai Branch of the People's Bank of China for the Green Credit Performance Evaluation of Banking Depository Institutions (for Trial Implementation) (No. 29 [2019], the Shanghai Branch of the PBC), and formed the Detailed Rules of the Shanghai Branch of the People's Bank of China for the Green Credit Performance Evaluation of Banking Depository Institutions (for Trial Implementation) (see Annex 2), which are hereby issued to you for your compliance and implementation. | | 根据《关于开展银行业存款类金融机构绿色信贷业绩评价的通知》（银发〔2018〕180号，见附件1）和中国人民银行最新绿色贷款统计口径要求，我分行对《中国人民银行上海分行开展银行业存款类金融机构绿色信贷业绩评价方案（试行）》（上海银发〔2019〕29号）进行了修订，形成《中国人民银行上海分行开展银行业存款类金融机构绿色信贷业绩评价实施细则（试行）》（见附件2），现印发给你们，请遵照执行。 |
| All financial institutions shall, in accordance with the requirements of Document No. 180 [2018], PBC and the aforementioned Detailed Rules, complete the data and information in an accurate and true manner, carry out self-evaluation conscientiously and objectively, and actively provide experience and suggestions in green credit business and the innovation thereof. Please report any new problems or situations encountered in the implementation of the Detailed Rules to the Shanghai Branch. | | 各金融机构应按照银发〔2018〕180号文及上述《实施细则》的要求，准确真实填报数据信息，认真客观开展自评价，积极提供在绿色信贷业务和创新方面的经验和建议。《实施细则》实施过程中如遇新问题、新情况，请及时向我分行反馈。 |
