| Announcement on the Declaration Requirement for HS Codes Involved in the Implementation of Anti-Dumping Measures against Methyl Methacrylate | | 关于甲基丙烯酸甲酯实施反倾销措施有关商品编号申报要求的公告 |
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Anti-Dumping Regulation of the People's Republic of China, China has taken provisional anti-dumping measures against the import of methyl methacrylate originated in Singapore, Thailand and Japan (Tariff Line: 2916.1400) as of August 1, 2015. Accordingly, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 29 [2015] (see Annex 1 for details). After the investigation, the Ministry of Commerce finally ruled that dumping exists in the import of methyl methacrylate originated in Singapore, Thailand and Japan, and that it has caused injury to the domestic industry, and the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council has decided accordingly to impose anti-dumping duties on the import of methyl methacrylate originated in Singapore, Thailand and Japan for a period of five years starting from December 1, 2015. Accordingly, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 60 [2015] (see Annex 2 for details), and specified the specific scope of the commodities subject to anti-dumping measures. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
