The Joint Meeting shall neither have its own official seal nor officially issue documents. | In order to implement the Several Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of the Rehabilitation and Assistive Device Industry (No. 60 [2016], State Council), effectively strengthen organization and guidance, intensify overall coordination and cooperation, and promote the accelerated development of the rehabilitation and assistive device industry, with the approval of the State Council, the Inter-Ministerial Joint Meeting (hereinafter referred to as the “Joint Meeting”) System for Accelerating the Development of the Rehabilitation and Assistive Device Industry is hereby established. | | 部际联席会议制度 |

| Under the leadership of the State Council, the Joint Meeting shall make overall arrangements for promoting the effective implementation of the Opinions, conduct research on and coordinate major issues concerning the development of the rehabilitation and assistive device industry, conduct research on and draft the policies, measures, industrial plans and annual work plans for accelerating the development of the rehabilitation and assistive device industry, strengthen communication and cooperation between departments, specify the division of responsibilities and tasks, urge and give guidance to the follow-up implementation thereof, and complete other tasks assigned by the State Council. | | 一、主要职能 |
