| Your Request of the China Branches of Bank of America Corporation for Instructions on the Special Accounts for Expendable Settled Foreign Exchange Opened for Domestic Agencies for Domestic Individuals to Participate in the Equity Incentive Plans of Overseas Listed Companies has been received. I. The China branches of Bank of America Corporation are hereby granted approval to open special accounts for expendable settled foreign exchange (RMB accounts, see Annex for the scope of receipts and payments thereof) for domestic agencies for domestic individuals to participate in the equity incentive plans of overseas listed companies (hereinafter referred to as the “equity incentive plans”), which must correspond to the equity incentive plans represented by such agencies and are used for the exchange, remittance and transfer of relevant funds for the equity incentive plans.
