In accordance with the unified deployment of the State Council for the review of documents, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has conducted a comprehensive review of documents issued from January 1, 1988 to April, 2008, of which some documents are invalidated and repealed because the regulated subject matters of them no longer exist, work tasks have been completed, the applicable periods of them have expired, or they have been replaced by new provisions. It is hereby decided to invalidate 147 documents (see Annex 1) and repeal 197 documents (see Annex 2).
