| For the purpose of guaranteeing the health insurance business involving individual tax preferences (hereinafter referred to as the “tax-preference health insurance”) and according to the requirements of the Interim Measures for the Administration of the Health Insurance Business involving Individual Tax Preferences and other documents, the commercial health insurance information platform (hereinafter referred to as the “health insurance platform”) developed and built by China Insurance Information Technology Management Co., Ltd. (“CIITC”) is determined to be officially launched at 00:00 on January 1, 2016. You are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows: | | 为保障个人税收优惠型健康保险（以下简称税优健康险）业务开展，根据《个人税收优惠型健康保险业务管理暂行办法》等文件要求，由中国保险信息技术管理有限责任公司（以下简称中国保信）开发建设的商业健康保险信息平台（以下简称健康险平台）定于2016年1月1日00：00起正式上线。现将有关事项通知如下： |

| V1.0.0 health insurance platform is to be officially launched this time. Functions of the system include: customer verification, underwriting, preservation, insurance policy transfer, renewal, renewal of insurance, settlement of claims, account management, customer information inquiry, check of transactions, and other interfaces, and product management functions of the platform.
