深圳证券交易所关于修订我所上市公司信息披露公告格式的通知

各上市公司：
为实现监管政策有效衔接，贯彻落实中国证监会《上市公司大股东、董监高减持股份的若干规定》的精神，我所对上市公司信息披露备忘录中的相关公告格式进行了修订。本次修订将《上市公司股东减持股份公告格式》修订为《上市公司股东减持股份实施情况公告格式》，并新增了《上市公司大股东减持股份预披露公告格式》。
修订后的公告格式自2016年1月9日起生效，上市公司大股东在此之前披露减持计划的，仍需按照相应公告格式履行信息披露义务，请遵照执行。特此通知。
