For purposes of implementing the Cryptography Law of the People's Republic of China and establishing and improving the commercial cryptographic product certification system, in accordance with the Announcement of the State Cryptography Administration and the State Administration for Market Regulation on Adjusting the Management Methods for Commercial Cryptographic Products (Announcement No. 39, SCA and SAMR), and the Implementation Opinions of the State Administration for Market Regulation and the State Cryptography Administration on Conducting the Testing and Certification of Commercial Cryptography (No. 50 [2020], SAMR), the Catalogue of Commercial Cryptographic Products Subject to Certification (First Group) and the Commercial Cryptographic Product Certification Rules are hereby issued and shall come into force on the date of issuance.
