I. Within the limitation of actions, where any creditor transfers his principal creditor's right to a third party in accordance with the provisions of Article 81 of the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 22 of the Guaranty Law of the People's Republic of China, the guaranteed claims shall be transferred as an accessory right and the relevant guarantor shall still bear the liabilities of guaranty within the original scope of security of guaranty.
