The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has completed relevant internal procedures for the Second Protocol to Amend the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Co-Operation between the People's Republic of China and ASEAN, which has come into force on October 3, 2011. We hereby announce relevant issues concerning the application of relevant provisions of Order No. 199 of the General Administration of Customs to imported goods originating from the Republic of Indonesia in the China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone as follows: | |

I. From October 3, 2011 to February 2, 2012, when making a declaration for the import of goods originating from the Republic of Indonesia, the consignee of the imported goods or the agent thereof may, before October 3, 2010, undergo import declaration formalities based on the certificate of origin (hereinafter referred to as the “certificate (old version)”) issued by a certificate-issuing institution of the Republic of Indonesia in the format as set forth in the Announcement of the General Administration of Customs (No. 81 [2003])
．．．．．． | | 一、2011年10月3日起至2012年2月2日止，原产于印度尼西亚共和国的货物进口申报时，进口货物的收货人或其代理人既可持凭印尼签证机构在2011年10月3日前按海关总署公告2003年第81号所附格式签发的原产地证书（以下简称旧版证书）办理进口申报手续，也可持凭印尼签证机构自2011年10月3日起按海关总署令第199号附件1所列格式签发的原产地证书办理进口申报手续。
