| I. The Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China shall be amended as follows: | | 一、对《中华人民共和国保险法》作出修改 |
| (1) In Article 82, “under any of the circumstances as set out in Article 147 of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China”is replaced with “under any of the circumstances as set out in Article 146 of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China.” | | （一）将第八十二条中的“有《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百四十七条规定的情形”修改为“有《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百四十六条规定的情形”。 |
| (2) Article 85 is amended to read: “Insurance companies shall employ professionals to establish an actuarial reporting system and a compliance reporting system.” | | （二）将第八十五条修改为：“保险公司应当聘用专业人员，建立精算报告制度和合规报告制度。” |
