| Announcement on Temporarily Extending the Write-off Period of Processing Trade Manuals (Account Books) and Matters Concerning the Registration and Recordation Thereof | | 关于临时延长加工贸易手（账）册核销期限和有关注册登记备案事宜的公告 |
| As needed for the prevention and control of the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia at ports, for the purpose of further improving the bonded supervision of the Customs and services for registration and recordation of enterprises, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 根据新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情口岸防控工作需要，为进一步做好海关保税监管和企业注册登记备案服务，现将有关事项公告如下： |
I. Where the processing trade manuals (account books) of processing trade enterprises (including enterprises within areas under special customs supervision) exceed the validity period (write-off period) due to the delayed resumption of work as required by governments at all levels, the customs offices may handle the formalities for extension thereof for the manuals (account books), and enterprises shall additionally submit appropriate materials afterwards. Where various declarations in terms of deep processing transit and tax collection for domestic sales under the processing trade manuals (account books) exceed the prescribed time limits, the customs offices may postpone the handling of the relevant formalities.
．．．．．． | | 一、加工贸易企业（含海关特殊监管区域内企业）按照各级政府要求，延迟复工造成加工贸易手（账）册超过有效期（核销周期）的，主管海关可办理手（账）册延期手续，企业事后补充提交有关材料。加工贸易手（账）册项下深加工结转、内销征税等各类申报业务超过规定时限的，主管海关可延期办理相关手续。
