| As decided by the Ministry of Transport, the Provisions on the Administration of Waterway Construction (Order No. 3 [2007], Ministry of Transport) are amended as follows: | | 交通运输部决定对《航道建设管理规定》（交通部令2007年第3号）作如下修改： |
I. In subparagraph (2) of Article 13, “five copies of the project proposal and its electronic version” is replaced with “the project proposal”; and in subparagraph (3) thereof, “five copies of the project pre-feasibility report and its electronic version” is replaced with “the project pre-feasibility report.”
