For the purpose of implementing the requirements of the Guiding Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Advancing the High-quality Development of Trade for accelerating the development of digital trade in services and promoting the construction of digital service export bases, the Ministry of Commerce, the Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have jointly launched the determination of national digital service export bases. 12 parks including Zhongguancun Software Park (ZPark) are hereby determined as the first group of national digital service exports bases under the procedures for joint recommendation by the provincial departments of commerce, cyberspace affairs, industry and information technology, experts' written reviews and defense reviews, comprehensive deliberation by the three departments, and disclosure to the public.
