In Article 4 of the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Foreign-Funded Insurance Companies, “China Insurance Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the ‘CIRC') and “CIRC” are replaced with “insurance regulatory authority of the State Council,” and in Article 5 through Article 15, Article 18 through Article 23, Article 25 through Article 29, and Article 31 through Article 37, “CIRC” is replaced with “insurance regulatory authority of the State Council.”
