It was decided at the sixth session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress to convene the second session of the Tenth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on March 5, 2004. The main agenda of the session suggested shall include: listening to and discussing the government work report, examining and approving the Report on the Implementation of National Economic and Social Development Plan for 2003 and the National Economic and Social Development Plan for 2004; examining the Report on Performance of the Central and Local Budgets for 2003 and the Draft on Central and Local Budgets for 2004, approving the Report on Performance of the Central Budget for 2003 and the Central Budget for 2004; discussing the Motion of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Proposing for Deliberation the Amendments to the Constitution of the People's Republic of China (Draft); listening to and discussing the work report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the work report of the Supreme People's Court, and the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate. | |
第十届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第六次会议决定：中华人民共和国第十届全国人民代表大会第二次会议于２００４年３月５日在北京召开。建议会议的主要议程是：听取和审议政府工作报告；审查和批准２００３年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况的报告及２００４年国民经济和社会发展计划；审查２００３年中央和地方预算执行情况的报告及２００４年中央和地方预算草案，批准２００３年中央预算执行情况的报告及２００４年中央预算；审议《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于提请审议〈中华人民共和国宪法修正案（草案）〉的议案》；听取和审议全国人民代表大会常务委员会工作报告、最高人民法院工作报告、最高人民检察院工作报告。 |
