If an IPR holder claims that its or his right has been infringed upon and filed an application for preservation, requiring Internet service providers (ISPs) or e-commerce platform operators to promptly take such removal measures as deletion, block, or disconnection, the people's court shall conduct an examination and make a ruling in accordance with the law.
