| Announcement on the Classification Table of Personal Imports of the People's Republic of China and the Table of Customs Value of Personal Imports of the People's Republic of China | | 关于《中华人民共和国进境物品归类表》和《中华人民共和国进境物品完税价格表》的公告 |
In accordance with the Notice by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council of Issues Concerning Adjusting the Import Duties on Personal Imports (No. 49 [2018], Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council), the General Administration of Customs has decided to update the Classification Table of Personal Imports of the People's Republic of China and the Table of Customs Values of Personal Imports of the People's Republic of China (see Annexes 1 and 2 for details) issued by Announcement No. 25 [2016], with the classification criteria and the criteria for determining customs values remaining unchanged. The updates are hereby announced, and shall come into force on November 1, 2018.
