| Announcement on the Pilot Program of the Reform of Printing the Certificates of Origin | | 关于原产地证书打印改革试点的公告 |
| In order to optimize the port business environment and further reduce the enterprises' costs of customs clearance, the General Administration of Customs has decided to carry out the pilot program of the reform of self-service printing of certificates of origin in such provinces and municipalities as Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangdong, and Chongqing from March 25, 2019. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 为优化口岸营商环境，进一步降低企业通关成本，海关总署决定自2019年3月25日起，在北京、天津、上海、江苏、广东、重庆等省（市）开展原产地证书自助打印改革试点。现就有关事宜公告如下： |
The applicants for certificates of origin or the agents thereof (hereinafter referred to as “applicants”) may download formatted certificates of origin approved by the Customs from the “single window” for international trade (https://www.singlewindow.cn) or the “Internet plus Customs” integrated online platform (http://online.customs.gov.cn). For categories of printable certificates, see the Annex. Before printing, the applicants shall upload the electronic seals and the applicants' electronic signatures as required in the enterprise statement column for certificates of origin to the “single window” for international trade or the “Internet plus Customs” integrated online platform. The operation manual may be downloaded from the “single window” for international trade.
