Beginning on December 1, 2019, the pilot program of the reform of notification and commitment in the approval of patent agencies' practicing licenses shall be conducted in pilot free trade zones of Shanghai, Guangdong, Tianjin, Fujian, Liaoning, Zhejiang, Henan, Hubei, Chongqing, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Hainan, Shandong, Jiangsu, Guangxi, Hebei, Yunnan and Heilongjiang.
