| Announcement on the Provision of Bonded Futures Delivery Services for Natural Rubber | | 关于开展天然橡胶期货保税交割业务的公告 |
For purposes of implementing the Several Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the High-level Opening up and High-quality Development of Comprehensive Bonded Zones | | 为贯彻落实《国务院关于促进综合保税区高水平开放高质量发展的若干意见》（国发〔2019〕3号），支持开展天然橡胶期货保税交割业务，明确海关监管要求，现就有关事项公告如下： |
I. The bonded futures delivery services for natural rubber shall be provided in areas under special customs supervision or bonded places under customs supervision. Shanghai International Energy Exchange Co., Ltd. (“INE”) shall file the deliverable varieties and the designated delivery warehouses used for the bonded futures delivery of natural rubber with the General Administration of Customs.
