In accordance with the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (hereinafter referred to as “CEPA with Hong Kong”) and the relevant supplements thereto, the Table of Origin Criteria for Newly Added Zero-Tariff Goods under CEPA with Hong Kong from July 1, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the “Table of Origin Criteria,” see the Annex) developed by the General Administration of Customs and related matters are hereby announced as follows:
