As required by the Rules on Procedures for Formulating Rules and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Licenses, based on abolishment of the previous 7 batch of rules and regulatory documents (hereinafter referred to as the rules), the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has conducted a check-up on the rules of securities and futures departments promulgated from the establishment day of the CSRC to December 31, 2008 again. Specifically, from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008, 25 rules (see Attachment I) should have been abolished and become automatically invalid, and 15 rules (see Attachment II) have been explicitly abolished. The CSRC hereby announces the list of the above 40 rules as follows:

根据《规章制定程序条例》的规定，按照贯彻实施《行政许可法》的要求，在废止前七批规章和规范性文件（以下统称“规章”）的基础上，我会对从成立以来至2008年12月31日期间公布的证券期货类部门规章进行了再次清理。其中，自2008年1月1日至2008年12月31日期间，应予废止和自行失效的规章25件（附件1），已明令废止的规章15件（附件2）。现将这两部分共40件规章的目录予以公布。
